I usually keep my car in the garage, but will be staying at my parents over Christmas so at some point my car will be covered in frost. Has anyone ever had problems opening the doors? Does the lack of frames cause problems? I just have visions of tugging to get them open and smashing the glass...
Cheers
Gareth

there are 2 options to the door slamming in cold weather.
1 - lower the window very slightly - shut the door then shut the window
OR
2 - pour some luke warm water just above the window, this unfreezes the rubber seal and makes it supple enough to close properly. It also clears the frost of the glass. NOTE - use luke warm water so that you do not shatter the glass. NOT straight from the kettle like I have seen done - how funny that is SHATTER.
