206CC - It's speaking French

Hi

I'm new to this BB as I've just imported a 206CC 1.6S from France. The problem is all the documents are in French. The trip computer is currently set to KM and French language. Is there an easy way to change it to miles and english? I've tried looking at the manual, but I need a French dictionary.

Hi Colin, welcome aboard If you have buttons next to your clock display at the top of the dash, press one and hold it down (I think it's the left, if that doesn't work try the right!). That should scroll you through your options - language is one of them. Hope this help - happying cc'ing Pauline

Yep. From my CC manual:

Press the button on the left for two seconds to access the settings. The information flashes to show it is ready to be modified. Then, individual presses on the left button allow you to scroll through the various data in the following sequence:

- language in which the information is displayed
- unit of distance (kms or miles)
- unit of temperature (Celsius or Fahrenheit)
- time format (12 or 24 hour)
- hour
- minute
- year
- month
- day

The right button allows you to change the information selected. Maintain the pressure for rapid scrolling. After 10 seconds without operation, the screen returns to the main display and the modified data is recorded.
