noooo i mean the supposed red and black leather.....not the colour of the CC.
i'm tellin ya the red is orange in sunlight!!!!
Clouds absorb light equally at all visable wave lengths. If they didnt they wouldn't be grey but probably pink or blue. The red leather reflects light in the red spectrum hence is seen as red. If the spectrum of light shining onto the leather changes the leather would change colour but whether it is bright sunlight or overcast the spectrum does not change. Therfore what you say is impossible.
I can only assume the colour does not change but your perception of it does.
I suggest dark glasses and a broad brimmed hat in the sunshine
