If the full leather option was chosen, it includes passenger height adjustment.

Yeh thats what I thought but I checked a few of the Importere web site (not necessarily to be relied on) and Specs I've seen do not include height adjustable passengers seats.
Conclution contact Peugeot direct and get sales brochure from dealership i think that has the information required.

That's what I thought - but the dealer is saying it was standard on my car when it was built. I don't trust them especially as half the sport pack was missing also ( no chrome gear knob, pedals & wrong steering wheel ).I just wanted to know if anyone can confirm their story that earlier models didn't have height adj. seats on passenger side.

If it's a UK spec SE with leather seats and ordered after November 2001 then it should have sports pack and height adjustment on both seats.
If it doesn't, then it's either not UK spec or it was built before last November.
Although spec is subject to change, it hasn't been changed since. If it is changed, then they're not likely to make it worse - if they do, you should be able to cancel the order.
I'd write them a 'polite' letter and contact trading standards if I were you.
