Stores that put decorations up in September but take them down the day before Christmas Eve.

QVC channel wishing a Merry Christmas advertising trees an lights in August.

Premature Festive greetings.

Getting a card from someone not on your list.

The radio that asks if you've HAD a good christmas while your still choking on your Christmas turkey lunch.

Shops that open on Christmas day as well as boxing day.

Shoppers on Christmas Eve who always barge into you.

Shoppers with festive temper tantrums.

Supermarkets so full it always takes you over 2 hours to get through the tills.

Full supermarkets even at 2am in the morning.

Those "in toys" that are always sold out 2 months before Christmas unless you've ordered them in January, or unless you've got a gran living in the Outer Herbredes.

Overpriced christmas wreaths.

Stores christmas tapes set to loop.

Church banners that say " join now, avoid the Christmas rush"

Having every conceivable tree light bulb fitting apart from the one thats gone.

A Carpet full of needles from your non-drop tree.

The oven that always goes on the blink the moment the Turkey is stuffed.

Running out of Hellmans mayonnaise.

Late in-laws.

No batteries.

Easter eggs put out in Woolworths on the 12th day of Christmas.

Forgetting to take down your decorations by 12th night.

Taking down decorations to find half the ceiling paint stuck to your blue tac.

The bald Christmas tree that takes up permanent residence down the end of your garden besides last years.

The good things?

Watching shop assistants forcing a smile and a merry Christmas.

Betting if its gonna snow.

Working out the mathamatics of getting a 10 ft tree into the car.

Watching family getting drunk an saying things they normally only say in the mirror.

twinklie lights.

Having an official excuse to shop till you drop.

Wearing silly pointy hats in public and gettin away with it.

Playing spot the nerd with arial tinsel an a christmas tree sellotaped to the car interior.

Dropping in at the supermarket and grabbing late christmas eve bargains.

Laughing at nerds in the supermarkets spending Christmas Eve grabbing bargains.

Queuing half a mile down the road at the local butchers.

Wondering if I've been good enough for Father Christmas.

Checking to see which street/house/car wins the over the top festive lights award.

Is it a problem getting a 10 foot tree into the car, if the roof is down :?:
Rain or shine - topless is fine!!
