Took my CC in today for a week to get to the bottom of the starting problem and a few other niggles too.
Printed out a letter of complains , then gave it to the general manager, who kindly took the time read it and fully understood my problems and the service i got from their staff.
He said if they couldn't sort it there,he will inform peugeot to get them involved, even taking it to coventry to sort out the problem, if peugeot themselves couldn't sort it then a new car would be in order
He also mentioned another CC owner that had really bad leaks which they couldn't sort there after a few attempts so that had a spell with peugeot at coventry, it's now fully sorted and the customer is once again very pleased with the CC.
Will keep you all informed what happens.
