Well it seems I've missed a bit by not logging in for a few days!!!!

First and foremost there is NO PLACE for that kind of language and abuse of other members here. This forum is a) friendly and b) read by kids too as GregT points out and as we've said before.

Yes, the same questions do come up again and again. This forum has got more and more members and has grown bigger and bigger. If you're wanting to find an answer to a specific question, it is a bit of a pain to scroll through a whole lot of pages to find an answer to a question, and some of the time you're wading through a fair few jokes / rubbish posts as well (most of us are guilty of this to varying degrees).

So it's no wonder that newbies find it easier just to ask, if they haven't realised that there is a Search button at the top of every page. How do you think you'd feel if you found a forum, got up the courage to register and asked a question, then got swearing and abuse for your answer!! That kind of post just shows arrogance, selfishness, and a profound lack of tolerance, patience, and common decency. He obviously has no idea of how to be a good bloke!!

Trung was right to delete the post. Lyndon will make the decision about banning or not. GregT I hope you don't leave the forum as most of us are decent and it's only rarely that you get "bad apples".

And be nice to newbies....

Well I wouldn't say it scared me but I know people who would never do it. I did lurk a bit before I registered because I wasn't anywhere near getting a CC yet at that stage and didn't think I'd have much useful to say. And for people who have never been on a net forum before, they're bound to be a bit apprehensive.

I am a newbie here and just would like to add something about what Matt said. True i was a bit "scare" to register ans ask question at first because 1. I thought this is for CC owners only and i was not yet a CC owner
2. I wouldnt dare ask any question at all coz it might come accross as stupid or FAQ since i did not have a CC and i dont know what i ask about.

Finnally I did post some stupid question, and get some friendly response and so it wasnt that stupid after all. Just imagine i get those sort of rude response after my first few post, i dont think i would be sticking arround for this long. Even after a few weeks here Trung just pointed out to me today that i can edit and del my own post, after i did a double post and even Post a third one asking him to del one of the double, so he have to del one of the double plus the 3rd

(yeah yeah stupid

) After that he have the right to say something like "Use the edit function , stupid!" but he didnt. So the moral of the story is, be patient with us newbies... we will eventually get there.

maybe, but i just spent it all on a new car

and the petrol to go with it lol

plus theres a windstop to buy, ickle models that raise their roof even when its raining, taxis to and from the dealer (from what ive heard lol), and an internet bill to pay!
