SECTION 1 - Useful Information
Service and Warranty information
We want to make servicing and warranty work as easy for you as it can be. We'll collect your car and return it after its service. We will place it in the care of a local franchised dealer for your make of car, selected and managed by us on your behalf. In 90% of cases we expect the car to be returned to you within the day. If a repair should go beyond the period you expected, the Virgin Service Center will offer you a replacement car at a specially negotiated advantageous rate.
And when it comes to price, we think you'll be pleased to discover our prices are extremely competitive and not normally available to the private motorist.
We aim to provide our customers with the highest levels of reassurance and convenience, so you're secure in the knowledge that your car is in good hands.

Summary of AA roadside recovery
Your AA cover will commence as from your delivery date, and includes:
Ø Cover for the car - any driver
Ø Roadside Assistance
Ø Home Start
Ø Relay - onward passage for driver and up to 7 passengers to UK mainland destinations
Ø Relay Plus - hire car or overnight accommodation
Ø Message Service
Ø Free legal advice - technical advice and route planning
Ø European Cover
The emergency number is 0800 917 0784. The AA will identify you as a Virgin Cars customer from your vehicle's registration number.
Vehicle registration documents
Your vehicle registration documents will be with you in approximately 2 - 3 weeks time via the DVLA (Driver Vehicle Licensing Agency)
