Its like silicone sealant like you use around a bath or shower or to seal doors and window frames.
I mentioned this to her some time ago how my Renault dealer had used a 'special' version to do the same fix that she has done on her CC.
I am sure she will tell you what make it is if you want.

you should find it an any DIY (do it yourself / home improvements) store in Greece. you probably know what it is but have got lost in the translation.
as rob says it's a sealant for baths & showers etc.. and can be used as a glue - available in a clear finish (when it dries) which is what you would need for a car.
brands vary and will certainly be different in greece.

My husband worked for an engineering company and when he left, just happened to "have" a tube of this stuff
It is called MOLYKOTE Medium 44 and it's silicon GREASE. I don't think it's the same as silicon sealant, I looked at those and was worried that I'd permanently glue my roof together!
I couldn't find a website but type molykote into http://www.google.co.uk and you'll find loads of stuff about it. Pauline

Hi Nikos,
It's a grease just like you put on wheel bearings but thinner. It is NOT permanent, it is NOT a glue or sealant! So I'll be reapplying it once a month or so. I keep the tube in my glovebox, just in case.
I just got a tiny bit on some tissue and rubbed in over the rubber seal above the windscreen. Yes, it has cured my leaks but I haven't tried it on the rubber above the passenger windows so I can't say if it cures sqeaks!
It is SILICON so should not damage the rubber seals, whereas I heard that petroleum based ones can damage the rubber.
Pauline
PS My husband's company made cameras for our Navy so they had to be waterproof and this is some of the grease they used! If it's good enough for them, I suppose it is just about good enough for my CC

A flash of inspiration (persperation?), I looked on the Jessops website and they have silicon grease for waterproofing cameras...  might be worth a try for under £4????
SEA AND SEA SILICON GREASE (FOR RUBBER O RING SEALS) £3.47
or NIKON O RING GREASE FOR NIKONOS £3.90
