Latest on my mirror problem

Had to go into dealer last night as impossible to get any info/answers on phone. Spoke to salesman that sold me car and he said that they would do the mirror repair free of charge (phew!).
Rang dealer this morning to check that they were going to be doing the repair today and that I could collect car tonight and not be charged anything...all ok

Rang tonight to ask if car was ready only to be told part hadn't been delivered and would be turning up tomorrow. IT BETTER!

Why didn't they call me to tell me this????
If car is not fixed tomorrow I will take it with broken mirror and take it back next week. No way I am missing meet on Sunday.
Are all Pug dealers this bad????

yes nikkic, they're all that bad!!

Booked my car in for a sports grille, had a phone call to say it was ready, got there and they hadn't even been near my car! God knows what they'd done!! Had to wait a further 2 weeks to rebook it in as they said they were busy!

Then had it colourcoded, got it home and they'd put the front bumper back on soaking wet and had dripped everywhere, had to wait 3 weeks to rebook it in, this was after the bodyshop manager told me that it was cos of the kind of material the bumper was made of????!!!!!!!! Luckily my brother was with me or they'd have tried to fob me off.

My windows have to be put up and down just to close them as they don't click into place on their own, am told by the dealer this is how cc's are built!!!!!!

I'm not complaining as there are loads of people with worse problems than me cut the customer service is not good I'm afraid!

They think they can fob me off with anything............they usually can!!!!

who is not afraid to get very vocal and cause a scene infront of new potential buyers in the showroom

always works a treat for me......

or if u cant find a bloke just shout.....i think they have hearing problems but once u shout they will hear ya

Rang to check this morning that the part had come in and it had so called in after work and they handed me the keys and said it was all done. Mirror works fine now and looks ok. So I must admit that they have finally done an ok job.

Was getting worried that I wouldn't have my CC for the meet. Will take him to be washed and cleaned tomorrow so he is all nice for Sunday
