Hi,

went to the dealer today, to ask if they knew anything about my CC(expected in march)
They had one in the showroom exactly like mine is going to be................

now i am in love, i want to hold her, cuddle her,en rub her back..........

But they didn't know anything about my love.

I know hat you mean. I am expecting my baby on March 1st and the other night I actually saw a 206CC up close for the first time since I took one for a test drive (back in august!!) Since then I've just gone by pictures and quick passing one' on the street. I forgot how gorgeous, sporty looking, and damn right brilliant they look

ggggrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!

I think we should get together and start a
groupsession about our problems.

I think many people underestimate the
problems we are having, not already having a CC.

Its gigantic, I can't sleep, am a nervous wreck:
when is she going to come?
Are they treating here alright.
Does she get her petrol on time.
Will she be alright,or have a leaky problem?

I am about to cry.
so till later.

well I am waiting for my second CC to arrive on 1st March (3rd CC in total).

Let me tell you, the waiting gets worse with each car. You already know what to expect but it is still difficult......

I agree. My 2nd CC is due at the end March/ beginning April. My present car is supposed to go back for the recall. It also has a terrible rattle from the roof mechanism and a leak at the drivers side when it has been raining. However I cant be bothered to sort these things out. I thought I would just let the dealer sort them for the next owner!!!! I just hope the new one is perfect. Still I know exactly what to look for before I take delivery of it. I am going to insist that I inspect it a couple of days before I actually pay for it and drive it away so I can be sure there are no major problems.

problems are not always that evident - mines only had a rattle when i got it.

it now has the same rattle but not as bad and doubles as a multi angled shower when it rains.

After 7 months of ownership, I still jump whenever I see one on the road!

One day recently, I was out siteseeing with my wife in a small Essex village, and I was about to point out to her the Aegean 206CC I'd spotted parked there when I remembered that it was actually ours!

Sad, I know.

There I was after coming out of Tesco's in Feltham. I got to my car thinking 'I don't remember that sticker on the windscreen'. I blipped the locks - no reaction. Looked in the window and saw a pile of junk on the passenger seat that wasn't there before. I stood up, looked around. No guesses as to what I saw parked in almost the same position on the next row.

Picking up my new CC on 22 March and cannot wait! Thought I'd calm down a bit when I knew when it would be delivered but if anything I am worse now! Can't wait until the first sunny day to get the roof down!

I had to join in with everyones excitement!
I get my baby a week today and after 5 months of waiting I am beside myself with excitement too!!!

Going to do a full check over on Sunday to make sure everything has been added as requested but I did drive past and saw my CC on the forecourt - wow did it look cool. I have had it all colourcoded and had an Ecosse rear spoiler fitted which when on looks superb.

Will keep posting as it helps me get through each day - there are going to be a lot of sleepless nights between now and nexy Friday!!!

Looking forward to meeting you all at a CC meet v. soon

Good luck everyone! How about of list of things to check on collection? Here's my list of things on mine I wish I'd checked!!!!

Boot (mine rubs one side of the roof a bit  )

Roof (phewie, mine's okay)

Spanner symbol on the display - I think that means it needs a service! And I can't make mine go away, although there's nothing wrong (eeeek, touch wood)

Scratches - I found a really faint one the day after I picked it up, by the door handle

Seats covers - one of mine has gone baggy

Ha, but I had to think really really hard to come up with that list cos they're all stupid niggles really  So have I wound you up anymore yet
