this may sound silly and sexist but it may help to take a man with you. was it a pug dealer that you took it to?

No that doesn't sound silly or sexist  I'm taking my brother with me later on to have a word with them, it's true garages definately do take advantage of us girlies. Never mind, I'll get it sorted.

PS - ermy, will get u one of ME soon, I promise!

Went in Peugeot yesterday to complain about a spray job that looks as if they put the front bumper on whilst wet - hence smears and drips everywhere! Was told that thats how the material reacts with paint!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nodded to my brother in the car (who is 16 but looks about 25!) who came and scowled at the man who then turned round with a smile and told me that they'd completely respray the front bumper free of charge whenever I wanted!! He said I didn't even need to book it in!

Success at last!!!

Garages never argue with Melanie. 1st off she knows more about her cars than the garages do and 2nd, she has lived with me too long now and wont take any crap from people.

PS Jo, that bigger start was for exciting <b>"Ermy Wormy"</b>, dont excite him too much though as you will have to start calling him <b>"Jakey Snakey"</b>
