The front strut/anti-rollbar area of Jens car keeps kncking on rough surfaces, have had the wheels off (just!) to look but can't see anything obvious :sad:
Will be getting the dealer to sort it but don't want fobbing off with their BS excuses, so need to know what it is before they tackle it???
Anyone?
SE front suspension knock help?!?!?

G'day, I might have the same problem as you.
There's these annoying noise (some sort of knocking noise) from the front suspension when the car is travelling on rough surface. Went back to the dealer and they said it's caused by gas leaking from the shock absorber and it's a common problem on the 206. They replaced the insert of the shocks and now no more noise.
Another possibility will be something is loose arround the ball joint area.
