the dash light for my side airbags goes out upon start-up but comes on again about 5 secs later and stays on.
Will update over the next few days when I get my dealership to resolve this matter.
Any ideas ?

its a light that should be on all cars regardless of country.
My friend Sandra had the same problem about a month ago. It seems it was a fault in the sensor circuit. Not sure what they changed or if they just made better connections

Is that the airbag warning light? Mine came on, but I just turned it off then on again with the switch by the ignition and it cleared it.

Doesn't the PugSport site say that most airbag light problems are due to loose connections in the pre-tensioners in the seatbelts? Try this
