Oil Burning

I ahev noticed that the car kicks out a bit more smoke than I would expect (mind you, its cold mornings so not really sure if it is down to that).

But, already after 3 weeks and 1300 miles two of the oil markers that come up on the dash when you turn on the ignition are registering empty.

Is this to be expected?

mines are still full (i think) after 2200 miles. a bit hard to remember as my CC has been living at the dealer since last thursday.

I have driven 1000 kilometres and I have all the marks when i stand flat with the car, but when i stand in a hill with the front upwards one mark has gone. it dont have to bee a steep hill. Sorry for my english, hope you understand what I mean...

It certainly sounds like there's something wrong. A new car should only get through a neglegible amount of oil and certainly shouldn't be throwing out smoke when it's warm.

Take it back and have it checked out under the warranty.
