Well, I also doubt he's a solicitor. I haven't seen the thread myself but I presume its based on the facts of gtb's case, can't be sued for repeating the truth.

Oh stealing money from people and wants to sue me for trying to get it back?? Bring it on my man, and I'd be really surprised if he's that stupid, but stupid thieves do exist, like I read in the news some guy paid taxi fare with counterfeit bills but got on the same taxi a minutes later when he tried to do it again!!! Anway it's Monday morning and no mesh grill on my desk, so is it another lie from Simon??

I can't believe this, how long can this go on. Has anyone actually heard any comment from Simon? The silence is becoming more and more incriminating.

On the forum, he's saying he doesn't have to explain himself to anyone but those with the problem.

But there's nothing to explain, people are asking a thief to explain why stealing money, what's the point?? I sent him cash and he decides to keep it without sending me anything, that's it, all this crap about suing the others and no money to paid is just plain pointless and far out stupid, hey it's not like he owes me a few million, it's not even a few thousand we're talking about a few hundred here for crying out loud, this is what low life little thief steals, it's just plain fraud and lowest form but quite effective in this case I might add. If he's that broke he would not even be able to run his stupid little site and should be begging around town, but I bet he's not but just hiding like a rat. There's absolutely nothing to explain, and no mesh grill today, and I'm not surprised!!!!

Well I'm sure Simon has no wish at all to come on to this site anymore to explain the indefensible.

If it were me, I'd keep up the pressure in publicizing what he has done and that way keep hitting him where it hurts, in his wallet.

After all, if he intends to continue business, he must be hoping all this will die down an go away, how wrong one can be.

Gtb5, know if any warnings have been put on other international CC sites down under and with our friend in S Africa, etc?

I'm sure Simon must get a fair amount of international trade.

I'm sure Simon PugSport would love nothing better than for others to butt out.

Sadly for him, he's finding that if customers are treated badly then things snowball on the internet as others warn others. In that case, he's only one person to blame, himself.

There's a wise old saying "what goes around, comes around" and how true its turning out for Simon.

Simon really still just doesn't get it? He owes everyone a public apology for having to take the trouble to warn others against his practises. Until then, I don't see him having much chance of redeeming himself.
