I had change the coolant temp...and again starts to shake and rattle when temp goes up from 35-36 C and when reached 90 C shakes more violently sometime shuts off completely.

Ah I thought your temp sensor was off as coolant temp showing as 30 odd degrees. So that wasn't at normal running temp? Assuming O2 isn't switching at higher rev, you should change that next. (PRE CAT)
