New here and a Newbie 206cc owner!
Bought a 206cc 2003 plate SE only 5 weeks ago, love it! even against all my friends warnings....
a week ago i was putting the roof down and it was just about to complete, and then just stopped with the lid still open. With no idea what to do and a bit of desperation i lightly pushed it down so i could drive, and then got to a friends and followed the manual mode to get it back up again. It's not worked since
Its still making the whirring noise of the motor when i pull the button back, but it does that for a few seconds, then just beeps.
I've checked the clips are in automatic mode and wiggled them just in case.
I've had it plugged in at a local garage and it said everything is fine.
unplugged the battery while i was at work and that didn't work.
I've also checked the hydraulic fluid, and its slightly over the + mark, but still plenty of room and a friend said that should be the issue.
Any ideas?? i've looked through a lot of the posts on here and tried things but nothings worked
Also, if anyone can reccommend a peugeot specialist around Blackpool that would be really appreciated, have a feeling i'm going to need use of them!
