faulty roof after been stood

Post by chri51808 »

Hey guysss,
Been searching for god knows how long now trying to see if there have been previous issues similar.

Have starter using my mum 206 206cc 1600 alure...The car has been stood for nearly a year... b4 this the roof worked perfectly fine. When j went to start it to start using the csr the roof and all the windows aren't working.

When pulling the latches no bongs or noises, the blind is pulled open in the boot. No noises at all when pulling on the switch

Evan using the window switches the windows don't move, there is power going to the switch it's self as the mirrors move and also lights up when the lights are turned on.

Just abit of guidance what to try and fix this would be a great help thanks in advance guys

Cheers
From
Chris

Had a poke round today... I can hear the passenger side clicking away nice n freely but the drivers side feels abit tight and it's sounds like it's got a "rusty spring" if that makes sense could this be the problem the swith is no good...
