Gtb5, yes the messages you left on Simon's site are both original and very entertaining - lol.

Simon knows as you live in Hong-Kong you can't just pay £40 quid for a summons to haul him kicking an screaming to the local small claims county court. But I think you have chosen the next best thing with bad publicity to hit him where it hurts - in his wallet!

I suggest we take bets on how long your posts on Simon's site will last before he deletes them, lets not let Simon hold the pot tho - eh? ;)

Bergen - yes, I'll arrange that right away.

Robbie.

Gtb5, a warning about Simon has been added to the discussion, accessories, and dealers and garages sections on Speedboy's new CC site and it seems to have had an effect already. Why not check it out on Speedboy's forum http://www.peugeot206cc.com

Robbie.

Hi all

This is getting quite unbeleivable, you would of thought Simon would of cleared this issue up as soon as possible just from a self preservation point of view. The bad publicity he is now receiving from 3 different fronts must already be having an adverse effect on his business.

The leads me to beleive that whatever the problems are at Pugsport they are possibly quite serious.

Maybe with all the bad publicity he is receiving his order book will dry up and then he will be able to deal with outstanding issues eg the lexus lights or refunds etc

I hope this situation is resolved and Simon can manage to redeem himself as Im sure like most people 1 less supplier and enthusiast of Pug parts is not a good thing. But on the other hand if a supplier beleives himself to be above his customers then this supplier is not worth having.

Just a though GB as Simon does not seem to be replying to you, have you left a message on his answer service enquering about new parts etc. I might be being too cynical but he may possibly return the call to someone who is a new potential sale. (that is assuming he is avoiding you).

You may have to leave an alternative number so he does not recognise you. I have used this method before when struggling with after sales service from suppliers. If they think your a new customer they normally bend over backwards to speak to you.

I must add though I have ordered from Simon in the past and the service was very good, but maybe I was lucky ?

Regards

Sam

Well besides saying thank you for all your support I just don't know what else to say or to do anymore, bottom line is that no one can force him to send a refund at this point if he chooses not to, if he doesn't care about the publicity of his business not a thing we can do also, or maybe he won big at World Cup so no need for this tiny biz (but if that's the case should've paid this little sum!!)

Well it appears to me like the Simon (PugSport) business may be heading for the plug hole - maybe thats the problem.

i posted somewhere about rejecting cars and it included info on court summons.

You can now summon someone to the small claims court using the internet.

So it may be worth you having a go GTB5

even although i didn't know or had dealt with him i initially defended simon (i think). in response to that i am sorry gtb5 because i was obviously very wrong.

the best thing is for everyone to post on simon's site highlighting his dishonesty. it may not get a refund for gtb5 but it will surely give a bit of satisfaction that simon will have lost a lot lot more.

Yep Gtb5, as Rob says, if your ever in the UK then summons the guy, its a cheap an effective way oh hauling him to court in his local area an if you can't find Rob's link, the courts have all the straightforward step by step leaflets on how to do it, quick an easy.

Hell, its almost worth spending out on a holiday just to come over for 5 weeks an see him squirm in the county court - he'd have to appear - or receive a county court judgement against him (assuming he hasn't any already -lol) - not good for whats left of Simon's business or for his credit worthiness. That's if he's still in business by then.

Actually I had plans to be in Europe in Aug...But folks before you can say Abracadabra or somehting like that I got reply from the guy after these posts!! Apparently he's now taking someone else to court and has cash flow problem, he doesn't want to be called a thief and he has sent the free mesh grill already and sort of promised to pay when he gets the cash. So I'll maybe believe him a little bit if I get the grill...

Thanks for the update Gtb5, I hate these sort of guys with their excuses an hard luck stories - they should have put money away when times were good - an pay up promptly what they owe.
