New but had my car for 5 years - baby on way

I'm wondering if I can keep my car or do I need to get a bigger one help. My car seat came with the pram so not sure if ill need a new one... Help

7 year old in the back of mine and no complaints from wife or son.

Our 8 year old is big for his age and sits in the rear just fine too. We don't use a booster because we can't get one that fits the snug rear seats.
