Car computer wont start

When I put the key and turn it once it opens the mode where only the battery light appears that's fine but when I turn it another time so the car computer starts it totally turns off.
The car now doesn't start at all and this problem is making me crazy

Please if someone knows any solution to this problem please help me.
My car is 2005 1.6 tiptronic

Sounds like a flat battery. What is the voltage across the terminals?

i didn't measure it but the car audio and every thing works good but the car computer wont start and emergency mode is active
