Hi I have a 03 model ,when trying to put the roof down I get the beep from undoing the roof latches But the windows don't go down nor does the roof. Since loaning the car to my brother I've noticed the boot catch is loose and constantly beeps on the dashboard. when tightening it up the boot won't shut. I'm guessing this is going to be the problem but what can I do to get the boot to shut??
any help would be greatly appreciated many thanks
nothing works :(

Re: nothing works :(
You need to adjust it until the boot shuts, then your roof should work again

Thanks, I've managed to get the boot to shut by holding the catch up and slamming shut but roof still won't go down.

Is the boot still showing as open on the display?
Cheers Col.

Re: nothing works :(
As above then. There is a microswitch in the latching mechanism that has to be tripped when boot is closed.
Cheers Col.
