looks ok although small.
do you think it would be simple enough for someone like me to fit ?
although i guess if a peugeot mechanic can fit it then a monkey probably could as well.
derek
p.s. sorry, must stop insulting monkeys

The grilles can be fitted by anyone... You don't have to remove anything to do it..
All you need is a Posidrive/Phillips screw driver..

You mean inclusive of Peugeot "monkey" to fit?? If so then NO...
Why pay them £20+ to fit, when it will take YOU less than 10 mins to do it yourself?...

Just ordered one this afternoon from Olds Peugeot, Dorchester. £31.33 including vat as a part! or £60 fitted! I reckon they make their prices up as they go along.
As you say £20-30 is a lot, sorry I mean straight extortion, considering its four screws. However, on the down side the monkeys will go hungry tonight.

hmm, When I asked earlier about the mesh grille on the board I've been told that the lower mesh grille was a origin equipment but
her in Sweden Peugeot haven't a idea wat is was, so I ordered from Dennis Cooper instead
and if some one says the upper mesh grille is a origin equipment I think it's not avaible in Sweden...
however, It's intresting to hear what you say about it:)
cheers Tony

No one in our dealership knew anything of the upper grilles when I asked them on Monday!
The Parts guy had to call The their Technical help line to get the Part number..
When he was faxed the release bulletin, it also showed upper & lower mesh for the 307 as well..
This is not the first time that I have asked for parts that were "rumoured" on the grapevine, only to find that Peugeot have been dragging their heels in sending out release notes..
The same has to be said about support of "new" models...
I have spent 6 weeks trying to track down the new muliplexed radio surround to tidy up my own "old" model..
Finally, I have the part number and it is on its way...
These car have been built since End of August in Ryton... 3 months on they are not listed as a spare!!
I checked the issue status of the Dealer parts "microfiches".. Guess what the latest one for the 206 is April 2000!!!!
Is there no Hope
