I tried a memo-scan yesterday no fault codes but it wont access immob. I'm gonna take a wild hit and look the coil pack in case its that. The car has stood for a month or so. Does anyone know the procedure for checking the wires at the plug end? I have a test meter here just need to know which color wires.
Cheers

Re: imob reset with no keyfob just key?
Hi Guys thanks for the info!
Plugged a memoscan on it no fault codes at all.
Held key by ign ring opened door and when i move the key away it beeps so it knows the key is there.
Checked coilpack wire plug and the 4th one has a live feed. Change coilpack?
Are there any relays under bonnet that could be stopping it spark/start?
I see ppl talking about a brown ecu relay? Mine has the old style fuse box under bonnet. Ecu driverside near flitch panel.
Thanks again

I did say I thought PP2000 would be the only option ... especially early CC's. Early 2002 cars moved to EOBD (multiplex, a sort of CanBus system) but before then they were a hybrid designed by PSA ... even after that some of the "features" were hard to reach with EOBD compatible readers.
You can swap parts and throw money at it but you really need to get PP2000 on it.
Check out the peugeotforums and 206info sites as both have lists of owners prepared to hook up their systems on your car for a small gratuity and read the codes .. someone may be local.

Do you have any warning lights on? PP2000 or a proper Pro scanner will access imobiliser menu. Does every thing else work OK?
Cheers Col.

Hi, No warning lights at all.
Thanx Gazza to i have a local pug owner coming to plug his pp in on moday. He did ask if i had the 4 digit pin to access the bsi but i dont ? these are old cars now i dont think many ppl have that code? Yes everthing works no econ or immob warnings at all.
Cheers
Shane

I looked at the fuses inside the car but the numbers are worn so i could do with a pic of Fuse box and which numbers the fuses are i just can see half of the raised numbers so a handbook list aint much use to me tbh.
