Yes it was me.

Wash the alloy thoroughly and then rinse. Whilst still wet spay the tyre dressing stuff on. Ignore the streaks and runs - truest me they will dry and disappear.

The alloy will now look BETTER than new. If they have got too grubby first use the Autoglym Wheel Cleaner.

Hope this helps

Expensive way to keep your alloys clean if you buy it from a shop. I have a trade account if you really want to use this stuff, email me for the pricelist with your address. Personally I just use a good old fashioned sponge and water with some Autoglym Shampoo Conditioner added to it. Then afterwards use Autosol to get the wheels really gleaming.

Goo dpoint, I forgot to mention shop prices are very expensive and I have posted on here before how to get a trade account for those that havent yet.

Ring autoglym HQ up and tell them you are wanting to start a valeting business and want the contact details for your local trade supplier.

They happily give the info out then.

Ring the local trade supplier and buy it at a fraction of the cost of shops. You may even be able to sell some to your work mates and makea few quid (delacred for tax of course  )

Having said that it did show me the most time efficient way to clean the car. Saves loads of time when there are 2 dirty CC's wanting attention

Rob,

Cleaning one CC is bad enough, i feel sorry for you having to do two.

With the roads the now, the car is as bad as ever the day after washing it.

Both of our cars have been supagarded (same sort of stuff)

The guy who did it said not to polish it as it takes the stuff off. I have polished mine now its going and I will let you know if there is a difference between mine and Melanies.

As for shampoo, I would suggest Autoglym shampoo conditioner. It does a very similar job to the stuff they supply with the treatments. Its not cheap, but if you read my other postings you will find out how to get it lots cheaper. If you buy 5ltrs at a time it works out cheaper than the cheapo stuff at Wilkinsons..
