I got the same problem with my 206cc, the hydrualic leaks and I have to close the roof manually, after all, I close the roof lid and set the white pin to manual lock, but the locking latche do not willing to lock the C-shape latch, you pull the locking latch so to lock the c-shape, but I just couldn't pull or push it, it seems to be tensioned by the wire and the acutator is just on its half way, not fully strenched nor compressed maybe the cause, anyone has an idea to put the locking latch in place before j have time for a mechanic?Karrot wrote:I had exactly the same issue when I (naively and stupidly) turned the ignition off with the roof 1/2 way![]()

Once, I had the roof back in the close position and the boot lid down, I opened the boot, set the white clips to manual, pressed the latches together and then carefully pushed the locking clip at the front of the C shape latches back in to place. Then I set the white clips back to auto.
The locking clip is labelled as '8' in this p
It seemed like the system didnt want to run because these locking clips werent engaged as they had been opened by the hydraulics, but not closed again when I closed the lid manually.
Hope That helps
