Hello From North Wiltshire

Post by Pugant06 »

Recycled teenager here on the lookout for a late 206cc. In my youth I owned various convertible Triumphs and now fancy a bit of fresh air motoring again next summer. The 306 Meridian I have owned for past 7 years has been relegated to 2nd car status and intend to replace it with a convertible. I have warned the wife she may need to get her old head scarfs out again.

Apart from the obvious is there any unusual problems I should look out for with the 206cc? Ideally I would like to drop on a 56/57 plate 1.6 Allure model with a sound background and reasonable mileage. I'm a fussy sod and when I decided which 306 I wanted 7 years ago it took me a while to find one I was satisfied with. It was worth the wait as she's been a good one.

Thought I might as well join this forum in advance just in case someone out there is thinking of parting with theirs in the next few months.

Cheers

Tony

Hi and welcome. If you search this forum you will find a downloadable owners handbook which is a good way of finding the options available to the model. There is also a buyers guide which you can search for.
Cheers Col.

Better still, put the details in your signature.
