Depends on condition of rest of car and cost of replacing clutch ...

What is the general price now?

the garage i use have quoted £240 to supply and fit the clutch, the car is in fair condition on the outside, a good wash and polish will sort that out and the inside is in really good condition, the roof also works.

Then I would say it is a good deal. My '02 206 cost £800 and I have had to do £100 in repairs. Still doing jobs all the time. Rear brakes at weekend and finding the bulbs on the centre display to replace.
