headlight question

Hi all

I have been offered a pair of Morette head light. But they have come off a 53 plate GTi 180

I have 51 plate 206cc

Will these be a straight fit onto my car or will I have to modify the connectors

Should be same ... two H7 connectors for the twin lamps ... but why not ask the seller what the bulbs are in the Morettes.

It's not the bulbs I'm worried about. It's the connection on the car. Is it the same as what is in the light.

You will have a single small grey plug to your current lights .. no idea what Morettes have which is why I suggested asking the person selling. If they have the older style connection (H4) you can get conversion cables. Try asking on 206info.co.uk ... they have a lot of cars fitted with Morettes ...
