Seems expensive to me unless that includes the cat. I did a full system on my wives 1.6 for £120 fitted. The parts came in at about £90

On the drive with a second pair of hands provided by my mate - £30 was what it cost me in beer and curry.

IIRC the 2.0 litre exhaust set up is different from the 1.6L. Mine has 4 parts (tail box, centre section, cat + a short piece between the cat & the centre section. I think the 2.0L exhaust only has 2 sections, the rear box & the rest.

Its an easy DIY job if you can get under the car safely. Before you take it off check it will fit some of the none genuine PUG replacement exhausts don't fit too well and can work themselves loose or touch where they shouldn't

Yes, our 2.0 exhaust was two pieces ... plus to clamps.

Take care on sleeping policemen .. the centre silencer is long and low and can bottom out as our shows. Bet up at rear bending the brace pipe between pipe and silencer box and cracking the welded join. At the moment it gets regular gungum'ing ... it needs to come of and be rewelded at some stage.
