I am new to this forum, and while I'm well aware that I own a Peugeot 206xs and not a cc
My problem is that my Peugeot 206xs from 2001 has, for a long time now, completely random started to suddenly go into something I think is "limp mode". (I cant get above 2k rpm and around 20-30km/h) This happens on the highway alot of times (as I have to drive there to and from work) and its SUPER scary when it suddenly won't keep up with traffic @ 130km/h. Normally, it will actually just cut out on the highway actually, then I have to restart and its in "limp mode"..Sometimes, after 20-30 restarts it will be completely fine again, and work with 0 problems for 2months..! I really don't understand the problem, and when I take it to the garage, they don't find anything wrong with it, no error codes(apparently..unbelievable though..), nothing!
They once changed the "electric brain" they called it..It was a part from Bosch, quite expensive...This might have fixed it (I dont know, cause its so random!) for another 3-4months, but now the problem is back...now it's so bad I cant even get it out of limp mode when restarting 20-30,,50 times...And I'm now afraid that I will just ruin the engine completely if I keep trying.
I have tried resetting with the waiting 3minutes, taking battery out etc. etc. Have followed every guide, but nothing works.
I have attached a link to a video I just quickly edited with footage from my phone from the last 3days, just hoping it will be to any information.
Please, help me out, I cant afford more useless garage "repairs" where they do nothing..I feel so lost

Apparently I cant post links..so just remove the spaces inbetween. Its just a link to my clowdy account...
