Hiya,
I cant open my boot.!!!!
When I unlock with the key it sounds as if it has unlocked but I still cant lift the lid.
This came about because I tried to put the roof down but I think the boot shelf is retracted so I need to open the boot to solve this - unfortunately I'm stumped.
Any ideas / thoughts would be appreciated.

Re: Boot problem
After you've unlocked it are you pressing the button when you try to open it?

No need to feel embarrassed - I never stop learning even at my ripe old age.
