Humming noise over 50mph
Hi guys, just wondering if any of you have come across this before. I bought my 206cc a week ago and I'm now noticing a humming noise coming from the back if I go over 50mph. It sounds a bit like the noise you get if there is a wheel bearing issue (had that on my last car) but it was only mot'd at the beginning of march so wouldn't that have been picked up then? Apologies I know absolutely nothing about cars. It's under warranty so I'm going to give the garage a ring but thought I'd see if anyone had any ideas first?
Thanks
Thanks

Depends if mot was to sell it! Not all get checked as well ss they should.
Likely to be bearing, sticking pad/shoe or even tyres.

Re: Humming noise over 50mph
The cc does make a lot more noise at speed due to the roof. I thought this was the reason why they fitted auto volume control to mask the noise.
