Hi
I am new to this forum, my wife has just bought her dream car, a 206cc. I have joined the forum as being the husband its my job to fix it when needed.
The car is a 51 plate, and very clean, no modifications and looked after.
The problem i have found is the main lights, when the engine is ticking over they are fine, but when you bring the revs up the lights get slightly brighter but seem like they flicker or pulse, its a steady rhythm.
The car has had a new battery fitted, the dashboard lights are unaffected and everything else works as it should.
My instinct is an earth problem, could anybody share some experience or advice they might have with this problem.
many thanks for taking the time to read this.

Re: front and back lights flickering
It could be an earth but I would also be inclined to check alternator, and related connection including starter and battery.
Cheers Col.
