Hello everyone.
It's my first post here - I recently purchased a 206cc and have a small (hopefully) problem with the roof operation:
The roof opens and closes well enough, but when opening/closing it and the procedure is complete, there is no chime to indicate that the operation has finished - the pump keeps on going until I manually release the switch. I would presume that there is some switch that would be responsible for that. There is a chime which plays after I release the front locking systems (which I think is the proper way for it to work). Any ideas would be appreciated.

Re: Missing Chime when opening/closing the roof
Sorry if this seems a stupid question, but how long are you waiting?
To me, it seems a long time until the beep happens, it feels like it should happen sooner.
If you drive off after opening roof, do you get any beeps suggesting anything isn't latched properly?
When closing, presumably you are closing the roof latches before the beep (as you aren't hearing it). Not sure if that will effectively mean you won't get a beep. I think you are meant to wait for the beep, then close the catches.

Re: Missing Chime when opening/closing the roof
Hello,
As it turns out, I was indeed stupid. After following your advice, I held the button for a bit longer than it seemed necessary - maybe 3-4 seconds after I heard the 'click' from the locks in the boot, and the chime did play.
I did not hear any alarm sound while driving, so I guess that's why I thought I'm missing the confirmation chimes, but everything's OK.
So it turns out the problem was the device in front of the steering wheel

Haha glad it wasn't anything else!
I can understand you thinking it should have beeped earlier.
