My roof's not working on my 2003/03 206cc,ive noticed that the boot needs a really hard 'slam' to shut it,could this have a bearing on the roof not working???
Thanks in advance.

Re: Boot Needs A Good Slam To Shut...
OK,thanks to some advice from another member on here I've managed to get it sorted & very easily! Inside the boot where the boot latch fits into there are two star headed screws. These need to be loosened & the latch moved up and down.Half tighten to get it in the right position and try the boot.If it shuts easily tighten up the screws. This in fact CURED my non closing roof & also the central locking which before kept popping up! Nothing like the satisfaction of solving 3 potential costly problems yourself in the space of 3 minutes!!!
