Hi all. I've just bought a second hand 206cc. Then, I've found this strange part in the rear seat. There is one more of it at the left seat but with plastic cover. I totally have no idea what is this. Any idea for it?
Does anyone know the name of this part?

Looks like some sort of aftermarket seat belt fixing. Full harness or baby seats maybe?
