faulty electrics HELP

Hi my misses peugeot 206cc 2.0 2000 is blowing electrics on fuse 8, im normally ok with cars but this one has me well confused, fuse 8 in hand book controls,

thermostat- this is working on dash?
instrument pannel- i guessing speedo, its working all ok, milage is going up when driving but trip is not working when you press button in speedo, it stays on 5.0 miles?
hazard warning lights- Nothing working
alarm warning light- have no idea where this is to test
clock- is on multi function display
multi function display- nothing at all and all bulbs are ok on this
courtesy light - not working with ignition off but ok when ignition on?

i have removed the speedo, hazard switch, multi function radio screen and tested fuse 8, it is t=still blownig, HELP

i have downloaded the manual off of the internet, am i looking at the wrong one? my car doesnt have the central locking button next to hazard button and it is the basic multi function display, not the one with miles ect on it.

all suggestions welcome as have no idea where to go from this.
