206cc not starting gettin spark but no fuel
have a 02 206cc not starting but turning over and it stuck in eco mode its getting spark to all 4 plugs but not getting fuel and there is clicking noise near fuel rail (maybe fuel regulater?) there is no fuel cut off switch but the plug is there for it but no power in plug any help would be grateful thanks

Any warning lights on dash? Checked for fuel pressure in the rail?

yeah no pressure on rail or fuel going to fuel filter yeah engine check light on its turning over fine n has spark there was a new battery fitted before i got it

If you have the check light on there will be fault codes stored. Get the codes read, that will point you in the right direction, but it sounds like fuel pump or related circuits, or possibly immobiliser.

is there any way to read engine codes without diagnostics?

Don't think you can get flash codes out of peugeots. I haven't tried myself as I have diagnostics available to me.
