I could be one of a number of things. Start by reading through the stickies at the top of this forum, in particular the operation and location of the microswitches, and take it from there.

What was the exact code?
Cheers Col.

When requesting help of a technical nature, please give as much detail of the fault as possible along with details of exact model, engine size & type, gearbox, year, mileage, and any relevant work carried out to try to solve the problem to help us help you.
Better still, put the details in your signature.

You should have had a B**** code to go with that. (That's not swearing BTW. The code starts with a "B")
Without that, unfortunately it's a case of methodically checking all the roof mechanisms starting with microswitches.

Hi Moonstone and welcome to the forum.

Is it front, rear or both? Can you hear any noise when switch operated?
Cheers Col.
