MOT Failure
Hi i need major help .rear exhaust has a major leak of exhaust gases 7.1.2 exhaust emission lambda reading after 2nd idle outside specified limits (7.3.d.4) exhaust emission carbon monoxide content after 2nd fast idle excessive 7.3.d.4 nearside front anti-roll bar has excessive play in a ball joint 2.4.g.2 Brake load sensing valve seized 3.6.e.3 i would like to know if anyone could tell me how much i would expect to pay to sort this out please

Did the garage that you took it to give you any sort of quote for the repairs in order to pass the MoT?

No quote given he said get the parts and he would fit them for 70 pound this is my first car and to be honest i havent got a clue where to start

Parts look on ebay, these give rough guess on prices to and from, most garages charge anywhere from £35.00 to whopping £75.00.. per hr!!! get a least 3 quotes from good places... and that u only get up to 10 days to take yr car back for mot.... sue

you may also need an o2 sensor
Anti roll bar sounds like vertical link.http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NEW-Peugeot-2 ... 4cfd973a29 but check that is correct with your tester
Load sensing valve can usually be freed off with a bit of plusgas, followed by a liberal coating of grease
