Hi guys I have had my CC only 3 weeks but have noticed that the oil sensor is some times showing full and some times flashing empty and beeping but the oil light doesnt appear to come on... I have checked the dipstick and it is full...
Any thoughts?

Sound like you need a new sender unit for oil level. They aren't a huge cost to do.
BTW The "oil light" is an oil pressure warning, not an oil level warning. Common (and costly) misconception.
If your oil light comes on STOP ENGINE IMMEDIATELY!!!!
Damage will already have been done, but you will minimise the damage by stopping engine. I have known of people who have driven several miles with the oil light on, and seen the carnage caused- useually scrap engine!!
Some times the lack of pressure is caused by running out of oil. A simple top up when the light started flickering would have saved many an engine.

thanks for the correction but I kinda new that that other light was worse than the little level light that is popping up on the dash
but as long as it doesnt sound like something evil I am rather pleased
