Wheel arch extensions

Hi all

Was thinking about fitting some wheel arch extensions. I'm not really into modifying cars for the sake of it but they're only subtle and I quite like the look of them. My husband's just traded in his Megane CC and picked up an Audi TT Sport and it now makes mine look so scrawny, it needs beefing up!

I've found some online and it says you don't have to drill to fit them, looks like they use clips. I'd have them sprayed black to match my car as they come matt black.

Any thoughts?

Not my thing, I think your motor looks fine as it is, but it's personal choice I suppose. I hope someone can advise on fitting.

Thanks for your opinion Thar, I'm a bit on the fence about them. Hubby really likes them and wants me to get some. I've seen a few cc's on Auto Trader with them on and I do quite like the look and with not having to drill to fit them, I'm assuming they can easily be removed.

I suppose you could try them and if you don't like them, ebay them.

That's exactly what I thought! Not sure what to do, maybe at nearly 42 years of age I should grow up a bit and leave stuff like that to the young uns!!!
