ABS Fault alert

The ABS Fault alert just flashed up, i havent used the car for a few days and have never had this alert before, what kind of ABS problems could cause this?

if the car hasn't been used for a while it could be your battery

heya, it was only 2 days it also flashed up in the centre screen telling me my handbrake was on (it was on) but its never done that before either

Yes, a failing battery can bring up all kinds of spurious faults. How old is your battery?
