Thinking of buying but need advice!

I have fallen in love with the Peugeot 206cc and desperately want to buy one but I've been told they are really expensive to run and service. I've also been told that the tyres are very expensive to replace and if the roof needs repairing it will cost in the region of £1,500! Do other people find their 206's expensive? I'd be grateful for any advice! I'm looking at the 1.6. Thanks.

Having owned my 206cc 1.6 allure for nearly 2 years I can honestly say I've found it no more expensive than other cars I've owned. I'm biased cause I love my car but I would say.......go for it :-)

if you do your research on them get to know the values e.g age, mileage, condition, service history. I would also advise revising roof issues and how they should work (trust me i wish I did). Also take the car on a good test drive to look for issues e.g. engine, breaks, gearbox etc. Good luck with the hunting...
