Paintwork Rubbing off

Hi my peugeot 206cc has been losing a small portion of paintwork on the drivers side roof runner, each time the roof is stowed away and brought back up it has been rubbing on something inside the boot lid...I have located the problem and have covered the area inside the boot lid with a fabric plaster (dont laugh) to take the pressure off - I had had this portion of the roof paintwork professionally fixed last year but noticed recently it is slowly happening again..would my roof need realigning ?

Doesnt sound like a quality paint repair to me , is your 206 cc is the one with plastic strips either side of the roof ?? If it is then it should've been plastic primered before paiting to avoid and paint rub off/cracking or peeling , i'd take it to the garage that painted it and get them to have a look at it
