newbie needs help roof won't go down

HI all, just joined the club, what a fantastic website.
My wife has a 2003 206cc which she purchased last summer. The roof worked fine everytime.
But just went to put the roof down for the first time this year and nothing.
We have the boot cover over undo the roof hooks and get the Bong noise but when we pull the roof button we just get a beeping noise the windows don't go down so the roof won't go down.

I have read all the posts, tried pulling the main fuse marked SH, checked the micro switches they all seem ok, checked the white hooks, checked for fluid leaks and broken wires but nothing.
Completely stumped. Help.
Any one got any idea's before i have to take it to pug dealer to go on a computer, or at least i expect thats what they will do.

I would suspect that a microswitch is not functioning correctly.

Looked at all the micro switches and bypassed the one for the boot cover and boot catch but still no joy.
Seems to be alot of post's where people have excatly the same probelm.
has any one got any other idea's.

Have you tried doing all the windows first by the window switch
Then do the roof like normal
