Roof not working

Hi, wonder if anyone can help....the roof on my daughter's 206cc has suddenly stopped working, there is no bleep and no motor noise when the switch is pulled, seems totally dead.
I've checked the fuses as per manual, and done the allen key thing in the boot, but nothing.
The roof hasn't been put down since last summer, and was tried the day after a new alternator was fitted a few weeks back, so don't know if that has anything to do with it.......

Iake it the battery was disconnected
Could it be the ecu for the roof

I would assume the battery was disconnected, although the radio still works.....I would have thought that would have needed the code to work again, but that's ok ....
I'll check the oil fluid level, as apparently that can stop it from working if it's low...

Yup worth a look
Remember there are 2 ecus on a cc
The radio will be on the car ecu and no code needed it's all linked unto the ecu
