Hello got 206cc wondering if anyone knows how to tell if air-con needs regas?

When it doesn't seem to be blowing as cold.

Ours is a 2005 05 car and last summer I took it for an air-con service. They checked it first, then topped up the refrigerant. Apparently it was down 25%.

So the car is 6 years old, and we've made sure the air-con is used regularly to keep the seals in good condition. It still needed the service.
